State Handbook
Our 2026-2027 State Handbook has all information, fees, questions, locations, times, etc. that you will need when making your decision to join our state pageant! A State packet is available below to help answer questions now.
Titles and Fees
All South Carolina Ultimate USA titles will be awarded.
Contestants must reside in, own property, or go to school in the state that they are competing for
*State titleholders will have the National Registration Fee paid for by their state director*
Fee $250
Sweetheart Division
The Sweetheart division is a no contract, no advancement to nationals practice division of our state pageant. Participation is limited to Evening Gown, Interview, and Runway. Judges comments will be provided. A sash will be given to the winner. Sweetheart division may not compete in optionals but they may attend the party
Fee $150
Peoples Choice
Two Peoples Choice titles will be given out. One winner in the Jr. Division and one winner in the Sr. Division. The peoples choice title is awarded by most number of votes. Both winners will advance to compete at Nationals in July 2027. Peoples Choice winners are required to pay their National Registration Fee and National Package Fee
*Scores will not be given out to any contestants in any division. Only Comments will be sent out*

Deadline to register to compete is October 1,
